At D&D in a Castle, we want you to feel as legendary as your character; if your apparel isn't the perfect fit for your next quest, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in unworn, original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Parcel
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our scribes can identify your return upon arrival.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
